The study focuses on examining faculty members’ self-efficacy in two departments – Instructional Technology and Computer Science using the Internet of Things (IoT) Saudi universities. To achieve study’s goal, Acceptance Model (TAM) was used to test effect use IoT education. TAM includes following variables: Faculty Members’ Self-efficacy (FMSE), Perceived Usefulness (PU), Ease Use (PEOU), Attitude (AT), Behavioral Intention (BI). consists quantitative research, instrument a survey developed measure self-efficacy. results showed that members who have more confidence their technology skills are likely view as beneficial. ease affected both perceived usefulness attitude toward adopting IoT. However, failed affect attitude, does not influence behavioral intention adopt technology.
